Beginning your healing journey with Depth Held is simple and supportive. When you reach out through the contact form to the right, it will send an email to Depth Held. You’ll receive a response within 24–48 business hours with next steps and an invitation to schedule a consultation call. This initial connection helps ensure that the healing modalities you’re interested in Brainspotting, Breathwork, Mindfulness, HeartMath, or Reiki/Energy Work - are aligned with what you’re seeking right now.
What to Expect After Reaching Out
Once your message is received, you'll be offered a brief 15-20 min. consultation call. This call gives us space to talk about your goals, current needs, and what type of healing support resonates with you. It also gives you the chance to ask questions, understand the rhythm of the work, and feel into whether this space feels right for you. There’s no pressure or obligation - just clarity, connection, and information.
After the Consultation Call
If the healing modalities feel like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need.
