Breathwork | Emotional Release | Mindfulness

$295.00

Breathwork is a guided, body‑based practice that uses intentional breathing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self‑awareness. This session is designed to help you move out of your head and into your body—safely, gently, and at your own pace.

In this 2 hour one‑on‑one session, Cynthia offers a grounded, trauma‑informed approach to breathwork that supports insight, integration, and embodied healing. Breathwork can help access stored emotional patterns, increase clarity, and create space for regulation and repair without needing to “talk it all through.”

What to Expect

You’ll be guided through a structured breathing practice while resting comfortably. Verbal guidance, gentle pacing, and attuned support are provided throughout. Sessions may include moments of stillness, emotional release, insight, or deep relaxation.

Each 2‑hour session is unique and shaped by your nervous system, intentions, and capacity on that day. Sessions include a 20‑minute intention‑setting and check‑in, 80 minutes of guided breathwork, and a 20‑minute debrief.

Breathwork May Support

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Emotional processing and release

  • Stress, anxiety, and burnout

  • Increased embodiment and presence

  • Greater connection to self and intuition

No prior experience with breathwork is required.

Important Notes

This is a somatic, experiential practice. While breathwork can be therapeutic, it is not psychotherapy and does not replace mental health treatment. Cynthia practices from a trauma‑informed, consent‑based lens and will review contraindications prior to your session. If you need psychotherapy, please go to www.cynthiadjengue.com if in Arizona, Iowa, or Oregon.
